Founder / President - Lucien A. Cravens, Jr.
Lucien A. Cravens, Jr. grew up in Tennessee, one of four children raised on a firefighter’s income. Lucien devoted much time and effort to community service and leadership activities through the Boy Scouts and 4-H Clubs, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and representative to National 4-H Congress.
Prior to attending law school, Lucien served active duty enlisted and as a captain in the United States Air Force. Lucien has the distinction of serving on the Presidential Honor Guard in Washington D.C., and has been decorated with the Meritorious Service Medal, two Commendation Medals, the Achievement Medal, the Outstanding Unit Award, and the Organizational Excellence Award, among others.
Lucien received his bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies in 1992 from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. Immediately thereafter, the Japanese Government selected Lucien to teach English under its prestigious JET (Japanese Exchange & Teaching) Program.
Lucien received his Juris Doctorate degree in December 2001 from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV, and is admitted to practice law in both Nevada and Utah. He has served as a judicial clerk in the Eighth Judicial District Court, and worked as a public defender in the Las Vegas Municipal Court. Lucien is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, and continues to serve the community as a volunteer in its Trial by Peers program. Lucien also develops his skills as a litigator by auditioning and performing in various roles through the City of Las Vegas Rainbow Company Theatre Group.
